Dar Amanah Children's Village Foundation Inc. (DACVFI) is a non-profit, non-stock, non-government organization and the only Muslim social welfare institution here in Luzon as per DSWD records. It provides temporary residence, para-parental, educational and social care to orphaned Muslim children in a Muslim family-like environment.
Registered with the SEC in 2003, licensed by the DSWD and DepEd in 2004, and accredited with the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos-Region IV. Also a member agency of the National Council of Social Development Foundation of the Philippines and recently, a member of the YATIM (Orphan) ASEAN comprising of more than a hundred Muslim Orphanages from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand Muslim orphanages composed of more than a hundred orphanages.
Dar Amanah Children's Village Foundation School has been registered with the Department of Education in the year 2004 which aims to provide Integrated Academic and Islamic Education and values towards the all-round development of the child. We offer NKP, Elementary and High School. Our curriculum is based on the Department of Education Curriculum for Basic Education Curriculum and Madaris Curriculum.
The village will be sufficient and self-contained. It has vegetables and fruit farm, animal and fowl farming (with proposed Tilapia fish pond). There is also pre-school, grade school and soon providing a tech-voc high school facilities as the children grow. Education is the major factor in the long-term development of the children to ensure that we maximize their potentials and that we all learn from pleasures of Allah (GOD). Moreover food is provided and temporary shelter. We expect to help them sustain their souls and strengthen their being a Moslem and provide future chances on independent living, just as we could for our own children. Read More
